The Portland VA Medical center requires a full-service contract to maintain two Zeiss Lumera 700 microscopes. The contractor will provide all necessary resources to perform emergency and preventative maintenance inspections, repairs, and software upgrades. The contract will be for a base year with three option years. The contractor must provide OEM parts and labor, and ensure the proper functioning and safety of the equipment. • The contractor will perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs during normal business hours. • The contractor will provide emergency field service support 24/7. • The contractor will provide all necessary parts and labor to keep the equipment functioning normally. • The contractor will provide training on the use of the equipment. • The contractor will provide a field service report after each maintenance event.
