The American Embassy in Bucharest requires services of a specialized contractor to repair cracks and fissures, apply surface improvement treatment on the parking lot asphalted surface, repair the trench drain system, and repaint the parking lines within the Embassy Parking Lot. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services required under this purchase order for a firm fixed price. The project duration is 42 days, and the contractor must commence work within 10 calendar days after receiving the notice to proceed. * The parking lot surface improvement treatment includes ground level, upper deck, and down & up ramps. * The contractor must repair cracks and fissures in the parking lot. * The contractor must repaint the parking spots markings and other markings, such as pedestrian crossing and non-parking areas. * The contractor must provide equipment rentals and supplies. * The contractor must provide a breakdown of the price by divisions of specifications.
