The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) is planning to close contracts that have an expired period of performance, are fully invoiced, and have a remaining balance of zero dollars. The contracts listed in the attachment will be closed unilaterally ten business days after the posting of this announcement. Vendors can contact the point of contact (POC) if they prefer a bilateral contract closeout modification or have a valid reason why the closeout should not proceed. • The contracts have an expired period of performance. • The contracts are fully invoiced. • The contracts have a remaining balance of zero dollars. • Vendors can contact the POC for a bilateral contract closeout modification or to provide a valid reason for not proceeding with the closeout.
