Description
The City of Columbus Division of Water is issuing an RFQ for two types of PVC flat festoon cable (yellow and black) to be delivered to its Dublin Road facility. Each cable type is required in a quantity of two, each 500 feet long, meeting specific UL/CSA ratings, temperature ranges, voltage, bend radius, conductor specifications, ampacity, and weight. The procurement allows alternates that meet or exceed the listed specifications, provided they are detailed in an attached letter. Delivery is FOB destination to the City’s water division. Vendors must be registered to do business in Ohio or qualify for an exemption under Ohio Revised Code Chapter 1703.02. The deadline for bid submission is August 25, 2026, with delivery required by September 11, 2026.

• Item #2: JMC‑451208K‑BLK, PVC flat festoon cable, 500 ft, 2 units, 8 conductors (AWG 12), 29 A, 600 V peak.
• Alternates permitted if they meet/exceed all specs and are documented in a bid letter.
• Delivery to 940 Dublin Road, Columbus, OH 43215 (FOB destination).
• Vendors must prove Ohio business registration or exemption.
