Description
The Thomas County School District is inviting bids for the interior renovations of Thomas County Central High School. The project consists of architectural, plumbing, electrical, low voltage, and mechanical work. The estimated project cost is around $3,500,000. The successful bidder will be required to begin procuring materials on receipt of the Notice to Proceed, start demolition and renovation work after the basketball season, and complete the work prior to July 31, 2026.
• The project requires a mandatory prebid conference on October 21, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
• Bidders must be properly licensed and able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the work.
• A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance will be required of the successful Bidder.
• The project timeline is estimated to begin after the basketball season and must be completed before July 31, 2026.
