Precision Landing Visibility Retrofit Kit Procurement

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) is issuing a solicitation for the procurement of Precision Landing Visibility (PLV) retrofit kits in support of VH-92A. The procurement will be done on a sole source basis, with Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation being the only known source with the necessary knowledge, experience, and proprietary technical data. Although this is not a request for competitive proposals, interested parties are encouraged to submit a capability statement to determine whether to initiate a competitive procurement.
