Description
The Jefferson Parish Department of Drainage is seeking bids for the purchase of butterfly valves. The valves must meet specific requirements, including being suitable for use with ASME class 125/150 flanges and providing bi-directional bubble-tight shutoff at pressures to 250 psi. The valves will be used for drainage purposes and must be delivered to the Ames Pump Station Warehouse. The contract will include training for Parish personnel on manual operation, spring returns, preventive maintenance, limit switch operation, speed control knobs, and valve operation.
• The valves must be new, assembled, tested, and ready for installation.
