The City of Reno is seeking a qualified contractor to rehabilitate approximately 30,490 linear feet of 8‑ to 12‑inch sanitary sewer pipe using Cured‑In‑Place Pipe (CIPP) technology across multiple neighborhoods. The work includes pipe lining, removal and replacement of existing chain‑link fences and headers, surface restoration, traffic control, storm‑water protection, and full documentation (CCTV inspections, testing, warranty). The contract is valued at roughly $2.5‑$2.6 million and must be completed in 106 working days, with a 2‑year warranty on the liner installation.
