Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $3,500,000

The RFP does not disclose a contract ceiling, but the scope (multi‑disciplinary team, 24‑month duration, extensive field work, GIS data delivery, and permitting services) suggests a mid‑size professional‑services contract. Comparable coastal‑survey and permitting projects in the Gulf region typically range from $1.5 M to $3.5 M depending on team size, travel, and data‑processing costs. Therefore a reasonable estimate is between $1,500,000 and $3,500,000, with the lower end reflecting a leaner team and the higher end reflecting extensive subcontractor involvement and travel.
