This opportunity concerns the complete reconstruction of three classrooms and one storage room at the South 17 Street School in Newark, NJ. The work includes selective demolition, site cleanup, structural steel framing, masonry restoration, full HVAC, electrical, lighting, and low‑voltage communications installation, as well as fire‑stop and insulation.
