Transportation Building Fuel Tanks Replacement

The project involves the removal and replacement of existing fuel storage tanks at the Eden Prairie Schools transportation building and related site work. The scope includes demolition of a 15,000‑gallon diesel tank and a 2,500‑gallon gasoline tank, removal and replacement of the canopy structure, site demolition and reconstruction, salvage and reinstall of fuel pumps, and installation of a new control system. • Remove existing underground diesel and gasoline storage tanks. • Install new fuel tanks and associated piping, pumps, and control equipment. • Replace the building canopy and perform site grading, demolition, and restoration. • Provide all necessary demolition, disposal, and environmental remediation services. • Deliver complete project on a sealed lump‑sum basis, adhering to strict bid security and timeline requirements.
