The Air Force is seeking a small‑business vendor to supply and deliver a complete suite of commercial‑grade fitness equipment to the Riptide Fitness Center at Hurlburt Field, FL. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, “brand‑name or equal” acquisition that requires the vendor to provide all labor, materials, shipping, installation, testing, manuals, and warranty support for the listed equipment items. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the PIEE solicitation module by the July 14, 2026 deadline, and the award will be based on the lowest‑price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation.
• Supply 31 distinct pieces of fitness equipment (treadmills, cable stations, strength racks, selector‑style machines, etc.) as detailed in the Parts List and Salient Characteristics attachments.
• Include complete technical data (manufacturer, part numbers, cut‑sheets, images) and ensure all items meet the “silver frame, black upholstery” and other performance specifications.
• Deliver FOB destination to Hurlburt Field, perform installation, connect power, test IT components, provide manuals, and honor manufacturer warranties; all costs must be bundled in the quoted price.
