Service/maintenance agreement for Avantik Tissue Processors, Microtomes, Embedding Centers, and Cryostats

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is seeking a service agreement for the maintenance and repair of tissue processors, microtomes, embedding centers, and cryostats. The agreement will include two preventative maintenance visits per year, as well as technical support and replacement parts. The contractor will be responsible for inspecting, examining, and repairing the equipment to ensure it is functioning properly. The agreement will cover a base year of 2026/2027. • The contractor will provide preventative maintenance inspections twice a year • The contractor will provide technical support, including phone, email, and web support • The contractor will provide replacement parts, except for consumable parts • The contractor will perform emergency repair services on an unlimited basis during the term of the contract • The total quoted price is $50,122.23
