Pacific Biosciences of California IDIQ

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide equipment, supplies, and support plans for Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc. through an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will have a five-year ordering period, and the USDA estimates that the volume of purchases may be up to $1,800,000 per year, with a maximum IDIQ ceiling of $9,000,000. • The contractor must provide pricing for all items, and the quotation will be evaluated based on the lowest price, technically acceptable criteria. • The contractor must submit a completed price list, and their past performance will be evaluated. • The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, and the contractor must agree to hold their prices firm for 90 calendar days from the date of receipt of offers. • The contractor must enroll in the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) and submit all invoices electronically. • The contract will include various clauses and provisions, such as those related to anti-discrimination, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as those related to payment, shipping, and contract closeout.
