This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to design, construct, and deliver multimodal street improvements along 4th Street and Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis. The work includes demolition of existing pavement, installation of new concrete curbs, medians, pedestrian refuge islands, bike lanes, traffic signal upgrades, utility adjustments, storm‑water upgrades, and complete paving and marking of the roadway.
