The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) is soliciting vendors for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for metals commodities. The BPA will be used to support various programs, including Information Systems, Unmanned Systems, Cyber Security/Warfare, Combat Systems, and Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I). The contract will be set aside for small businesses, and the government intends to award multiple BPAs. Vendors will be added to the BPA calling list on a rolling basis throughout the lifetime of the program. The period of performance for individual calls will be 48 hours unless otherwise specified.
• The BPA will be used to acquire metals commodities, including supplies and services.
• The contract will be firm-fixed-price, and payments will be made using Government Credit cards or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
• Vendors must provide their Cage Code, Unique Entity Identifier Numbers, and a capabilities statement to be considered for the BPA.
• The Nonmanufacturer rule will apply to all nonmanufacturers, and a nonmanufacturer may not exceed 500 employees to be considered a small business.
• Vendors must also provide a copy of their current, approved DD Form 2345, if applicable.
