The successful bidder will be required to remove the material within 15 business days of the award. The buyer must pay for the material prior to transfer, and payment must be made by bank draft or cashier's check. The buyer assumes full liability for all taxes applicable to the transaction and must indemnify the NRSW QRP and the U.S. Navy against any claims or losses. • The buyer must inspect the materials before bidding and understand any quality or condition factors that could affect their bid. • The buyer must remove the material within 15 business days of the award and provide at least 24 hours' notice before pickup. • The buyer must pay an administrative charge for late payments or failure to pick up the awarded material. • The buyer must recycle the purchased property completely.
