Description
The Office of Surface Mining & Reclamation is seeking a contractor to provide two fully operational Metis DRS 2020 DCS large-format table scanners, along with equipment, software, installation, calibration, training, warranty, and maintenance services. The period of performance is from 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2031, with optional line items for maintenance and service level requirements. The contract will be awarded to a small business, with a 100% set-aside for small businesses.
• The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and services to meet the mandatory technical specifications outlined in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor must provide maintenance and service level requirements in accordance with the Statement of Work.
• The contract has a period of performance of 5 years, with optional line items for maintenance and service level requirements.
• The contract is a small business set-aside, with a 100% set-aside for small businesses.
