Description
The Gwinnett County Government is soliciting bids for the construction of six lighted pickleball courts at Bethesda Park. The project includes the construction of the courts, as well as any necessary site work and amenities. The bid documents and plans are available for viewing at the Gwinnett County Purchasing office, and a complete set of plans and documents can be obtained from Breedlove Land Planning, Inc. at no cost. The bid bond, payment bond, and performance bond must have an A.M. Best rating of A-8 or higher.
• The project requires a bid bond, certified check or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid.
• The successful contractor will be required to meet insurance requirements, submit a one hundred percent (100%) performance bond and a one hundred percent (100%) payment bond.
• The project may be awarded by base bid or base bid plus selected alternates, if applicable, as deemed in the best interest of the County.
• Gwinnett County reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive technicalities and to make an award deemed in its best interest.
