The City of Spartanburg is seeking bids for the River Birch Trail Fence Repair Project. The project involves repairing approximately 500 ft of 4-ft black galvanized chain link fencing and 1000 ft of 6-ft black galvanized chain link fencing with top rail, posts, and caps.
