Sources Sought Announcement: Diopter Scope Assembly for TS-3895

The United States Army is seeking sources (manufacturers and suppliers) with the ability to provide new Diopter Scope Assemblies to support the TS-3895. The Diopter Scope Assembly is a critical component of the TS-3895, which is a field-test set for night vision systems. The Government possesses a limited technical data package (TDP) for the part, and suppliers who can supply this item should contact the government before June 30, 2026. • The TDP includes conceptual information and is available for conditional release per distribution statement. • Alternate designs must be approved by CECOM ILSC. • Suppliers should send submissions to [email protected], including a list of items they can produce or source, as well as documentation that they can provide the army with the component. • The Government will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey.
