Los Angeles District: $80M Regional Design Build Paving Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, is seeking information from highly qualified contractors for a potential $80M Regional Design Build Paving Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will involve paving and incidental civil site work across various military and civil works installations in Southern California, Arizona, and portions of Nevada and Utah. The scope of work includes airfield pavements, vehicular pavements, airfield maintenance and remediation, incidental civil and site work, and design services. The contractor must demonstrate experience in airfield paving requirements, managing concurrent task orders, and executing both heavy AC and PCC paving operations. • Airfield pavements: construction, reconstruction, and repair of critical airfield infrastructure • Vehicular pavements: construction, milling, overlay, and full-depth reclamation of military base roadways • Airfield maintenance and remediation: specialized airfield surface corrections • Incidental civil and site work: demolition, earthwork, grading, and installation of new curb and gutter • Design services: airfield design, horizontal design, and civil design
