IDIQ Building Envelope Services

Sam Houston State University is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide indefinite‑delivery, indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) building envelope services on an as‑needed, hourly‑fee basis. The contract will cover the full project lifecycle—from pre‑project planning, cost estimating, and programming through schematic design, construction documents, bidding support, construction administration, and post‑construction inspections—for renovations, additions, or new construction across the university campus. The IDIQ will have a two‑year base term with a one‑year extension option, not to exceed $500,000 per year, and will require the firm to maintain appropriate architectural and engineering registrations, comply with Texas state certifications, and submit a VET HUB subcontracting plan. Selection will be based on qualifications only; pricing is not part of the initial evaluation.
