Architect & Engineering Services, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award (A&E) Contracts needed for new construction, renovation, alteration and repairs required by Federal Prison Industries (FPI)

This solicitation seeks qualified architect‑engineer firms to provide supplemental A‑E services to Federal Prison Industries on a multi‑year IDIQ basis. The award will be a single‑award (or up to four separate) firm‑fixed‑price contract with a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year option periods, plus a possible six‑month extension. Offerors must submit SF‑330 Parts I & II and a Qualifications‑Based Selection (QBS) package demonstrating professional qualifications, specialized experience, capacity, past performance, technical approach, and geographic knowledge. Evaluation after the QBS will be based solely on hourly rates, overhead, and profit that are deemed fair and reasonable. • Provides A‑E supplemental services (design, review, oversight) for UNICOR facilities nationwide. • One‑year base period with four unilateral one‑year options; optional six‑month extension per clause 52.217‑8. • Minimum guaranteed funding $10,000 per award per year; up to four awards possible; rates submitted as loaded hourly rates on GSA 2630/2631 forms.
