Continuing Contract for Architectural Construction and/or Program Management Services ("Project Management")

Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is seeking qualified engineering firms to enter into one or more master “continuing” contracts to provide construction management and program management services for utility and related infrastructure projects. The solicitation is qualifications‑based, aiming to build a pool of firms that can be tasked on a project‑by‑project basis through specific authorizations.
