The City of Somers Point seeks a qualified consulting‑engineering firm to provide construction‑management services for a short‑term project spanning December 1‑31. • Provide construction‑management consulting engineering support for the City’s projects during a 1‑month period.
• Identify primary and backup personnel, include staffing plans, relevant NJ experience, and references.
• Submit insurance certificates (CG LI, Auto, WC, Professional Liability) and a compensation proposal; comply with extensive New Jersey EEO requirements.
• Multiple contracts may be awarded; submissions must be two copies (hard + electronic) sealed and delivered by 11:00 AM on the specified deadline.
