Gas Operations Continuing Design-Build Services

Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is seeking qualified design‑build firms to provide integrated design and construction services for gas‑utility projects. The solicitation aims to create a pool of firms that can be called on for new construction, rehabilitation, upgrades, emergency work, and other utility improvements, with each individual project’s construction cost staying below the statutory limit for continuing contracts. Firms will be evaluated on qualifications, team structure, licensure, bonding capacity, safety record, and ability to deliver both design and construction under a single point of responsibility. Selected firms may receive multiple master agreements and will be assigned work through specific authorizations, work orders, or amendments as needs arise.
