Description
The City of Jasper, GA is issuing an RFQ to solicit qualified civil engineering firms for a rolling 18‑month contract to provide design, planning, permitting, and construction‑administration services across a variety of municipal projects. Firms must demonstrate experience with local government, federally assisted projects, and a broad range of civil, environmental, and transportation work. Separate work orders will be issued for each project, and the City may select different engineers for different tasks.
• Scope includes utility improvements, water‑sewer‑stormwater infrastructure, large and small transportation projects, and site development for public buildings.
• Required services: concept reports, utility plans, public‑meeting displays, surveys/mapping, preliminary and final construction plans, right‑of‑way staking, erosion control, structural plans, permit assistance, and contract administration.
• Qualification submission deadline: 3:00 PM, Dec 1 2026 (sealed envelope + PDF on flash drive).
• Contract period: up to 18 months with multiple work orders.
