The City of San Antonio’s Capital Delivery Department is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide on‑call structural engineering services for city‑owned facilities. The scope includes design, evaluation, interdisciplinary coordination, construction‑phase support (site visits, submittal reviews, RFI responses), and post‑construction warranty follow‑up for new construction and major renovations. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by the deadline; a pre‑submittal conference is offered but not required.
