Description
Tarleton State University is establishing a pool of qualified architectural and engineering firms to provide professional design, planning, and engineering services on an as‑needed basis for its main campus in Stephenville, TX and satellite locations. Firms must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) demonstrating experience, staffing, and capability to perform a broad range of services including building design, site planning, structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering, as well as related consulting. The solicitation is open to all qualified firms; selection will be based on demonstrated competence and past performance. This is a non‑competitive, qualification‑building effort rather than a single project award.
• Scope includes architectural design, engineering (civil, structural, MEP), and related consulting for new construction, renovations, and campus infrastructure.
• Services are to be provided on an “as‑needed” basis; no single contract term is defined.
