SOLICITATION FOR ROSTER OF ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING FIRMS

The Snohomish County Public Utility District (PUD) is issuing a bi‑annual Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to establish a roster of qualified architectural and engineering firms. The roster will cover a wide range of disciplines, including transmission & distribution engineering, civil/structural, electrical, mechanical, architectural, geotechnical, landscape architecture, surveying, acoustical, telecommunications, substation, construction inspection, material testing, fire protection, and life‑safety design.
