RFQ Electric Utility Professional Services Roster 2026

This solicitation establishes a 2026 Professional Services Roster for the City and Borough of Sitka Electric Utility Department. Qualified consultants will be pre‑approved to receive task‑order contracts for a wide range of electric‑utility‑related services throughout the calendar year.
