East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) is establishing a roster of qualified consultants to provide EEO‑related services. Firms may be placed on the roster for up to two years and will be called on a contract‑by‑contract basis for projects up to $250,000. The roster covers three specialty disciplines: (1) EEO investigations, consultation, support, and training (including coordination/response to EEOC, California Civil Rights Department, and other agencies); (2) EEO care services such as mediation, facilitated dialogues, and management guidance. Consultants must have in‑house capability for the selected discipline(s) and must meet strict insurance, security, and confidentiality requirements. No formal deadline is set; the first review of submissions occurs on October 13, 2022, and firms are encouraged to submit promptly.
