Description
The City of Eugene is seeking to establish a pool of qualified contractors for Human Resources Consulting, Personnel Recruitment, and Executive Search Consultant services. The selected contractors will provide services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes providing human resources consulting, personnel recruitment, and executive search consultant services. The City may enter into a contract with a pool participant at any time. The contract may include tasks such as meeting with City staff, developing job profiles, identifying advertising sources, preparing brochures and advertisements, and coordinating arrangements for finalists.
• The City intends to establish a pool of qualified contractors.
• The pool will be used to select contractors for human resources consulting, personnel recruitment, and executive search consultant services.
• Contractors will be selected based on their qualifications and experience.
• The contract may include a variety of tasks, including recruitment, advertising, and coordination.
• The City reserves the right to perform reference checks prior to issuing a contract.
• Resulting contracts may not exceed $100,000 per fiscal year.
