Description
The City of Eugene is seeking to establish a pool of qualified General Planning Services consultants. The selected consultants will provide planning services on a contractual and/or as-needed basis. The scope of work includes public involvement, urban growth boundary planning, comprehensive planning and policy development, economic development, natural resources planning, infrastructure financing, and urban design. The resulting contracts may range from $500 to $100,000 per fiscal year. The City encourages the use of environmentally preferable products and services, and the selected consultants will be expected to support the City's sustainability goals.
