The City of Eugene is seeking qualified Organizational Development Consulting firms to provide consulting services as required. The City intends to establish a pool of qualified firms, and inclusion in the pool does not guarantee that a contract for services will be offered to the consultant. The City reserves the right to perform reference checks prior to issuing a contract to any contractor accepted into the Qualified Pool.
