The Town of Orange Park is seeking qualified planning and economic development consultants to provide a broad range of professional services, including zoning and land‑use analysis, site‑plan development, comprehensive plan amendments, brownfield designations, creation of neighborhood associations, landscape architecture, and economic‑development incentive programs. The contract will be a three‑year “continuing” agreement with the possibility of two one‑year renewals, and multiple vendors may be awarded task orders for individual projects as needs arise. Vendors must have a local presence within 50 miles of Orange Park, demonstrate extensive experience in the listed disciplines, and be able to coordinate with state and regional agencies. Deliverables include studies, reports, design concepts, and ongoing advisory support for the Town’s growth and redevelopment initiatives.
