Description
This solicitation seeks qualified engineering firms to serve as an on‑call provider for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire‑protection engineering services for City‑owned facilities in San Antonio. The firm will be expected to assess existing systems, develop design documents, coordinate interdisciplinary efforts, provide construction‑phase support (site visits, submittal and RFI reviews), and manage project close‑out and warranty follow‑up for new construction and major renovations.
