Request for Qualifications (RFQ) – Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Basic Ordering Agreement Professional Services (Re-advertisement)

The County of Fairfax, Virginia, is seeking qualified MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering consulting firms to provide professional services under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). Up to two firms may be awarded contracts, each with a ceiling of $750,000 per year and a maximum $250,000 per individual task order. Work will be performed on a task‑order basis for feasibility studies, design, peer review, commissioning, fire protection review, value engineering, and construction administration of various capital facility projects. Contracts are initially for one year with an option to renew for three additional one‑year periods. • Scope includes a wide range of MEP engineering services (feasibility, design, review, commissioning, etc.). • Financial limits: $750k annual ceiling per contract; $250k max per project. • Up to two firms may be selected; contracts are renewable up to four years total.
