The City of San Antonio’s Capital Delivery Department is issuing an on‑call Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for firms to provide Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MEP/FP) engineering services for city‑owned facilities. The work supports both new construction and major renovation projects and includes system assessments, design documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, construction‑phase services (site visits, submittal and RFI reviews, field observations), and post‑construction warranty follow‑up. Qualified firms will be placed on an on‑call roster to respond to project needs as they arise, with a total anticipated contract value of approximately $3.75 million.
