Gas Operations Professional Engineering and/or Design Services

Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) is issuing a Request for Qualifications to establish a pool of professional engineering and design firms capable of providing gas‑operations services on a continuing‑contract basis. Qualified firms will be evaluated on experience, licensure, team structure, and ability to perform a wide range of engineering, design, permitting, and construction‑phase professional services. Selected firms may enter into one or more master agreements, with individual projects awarded later through specific authorizations. This solicitation does not guarantee work; it merely creates a qualified vendor list for future assignments. • Scope includes planning, studies, permitting, engineering, design, procurement support, construction‑phase services, and related professional services for gas utility projects. • Contracts will be governed by Florida Statutes §287.055 (Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act). • Firms may be selected for multiple service categories; selection is based on demonstrated qualifications and responsiveness.
