Architectural Continuing Design-Build Services

Fort Pierce Utilities Authority (FPUA) is seeking Qualification Statements from design‑build firms capable of delivering integrated architectural, engineering, and construction services for utility system and related infrastructure projects. The solicitation will result in one or more master continuing design‑build agreements; individual projects (e.g., new construction, rehabilitation, upgrades, emergency work) will be assigned later via specific authorizations. Firms will be evaluated on qualifications, team structure, licensing, bonding capacity, safety history, and ability to provide both design and construction under a single point of responsibility. Selection does not guarantee work, and each assigned project’s construction cost must stay below the statutory limit for continuing contracts.
