Description
This RFQ seeks to establish a one‑year on‑call engineering design and consulting contract (renewable twice) for Calcasieu Parish’s Capital Improvement Program, covering a broad range of infrastructure projects such as roadways, bridges, drainage, water and wastewater utilities. Qualified firms must demonstrate extensive experience, provide hourly rates per the Parish schedule, and meet stringent insurance and certification requirements. The award will be based on a 100‑point evaluation of experience, capacity, and personnel qualifications, with a not‑to‑exceed contract ceiling of $150,000 per year.
• Scope includes meetings, surveys, hydraulic analysis, environmental review, utility coordination, design drawings, construction‑phase services, and QA/QC.
