RFP #27-ODU-05-SLP Term Contract for Professional Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing A/E Design Services

The University is seeking firms certified in Virginia to provide professional mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) architectural/engineering design services for a variety of small‑scale projects such as investigations, studies, reports, and design work. This is a term‑contract arrangement allowing the university to call on the selected vendor for multiple discrete tasks over the contract period.
