RFP 26-02 Full AE Services for Academics Term Contracts

The University of Virginia’s Capital Construction and Renovations Department and the Office of the Architect are seeking qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms to submit letters of interest and statements of qualifications for full‑service A/E term contracts. These contracts will support both academic non‑capital and capital construction and renovation projects across the university, adhering to the UVA Higher Education Capital Outlay Manual. Multiple term contracts may be awarded, allowing firms to provide ongoing design, engineering, and project support services for a variety of academic facilities. • Open to all qualified A/E firms; submission of LOI/SOQ required. • Covers new construction, renovations, and related design‑engineering tasks for academic buildings. • Contracts will be awarded on a term basis, with the potential for multiple awards under a single solicitation. • All work must comply with the latest UVA HECOM guidelines.
