The NAVFAC EXWC in Port Hueneme, CA is issuing a Sources‑Sought notice for a single‑award Indefinite‑Delivery/Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) architect‑engineer (A‑E) contract to provide environmental science and engineering services. The contract will support Navy and other federal agency environmental restoration projects worldwide, covering program development, RDT&E of innovative technologies, site investigations, remedial design, technology transfer, and compliance activities. The IDIQ has a base ordering period of 60 months (with a possible 6‑month extension) and a maximum ceiling of $150 million; individual task orders range from $5 k to $6 M and are expected to be issued at an average of 14 per year. Offerors must submit an SF‑330 qualification package (including resumes for program managers, project managers, subject‑matter experts, and required allied personnel) and will be evaluated on professional qualifications, specialized experience, past performance, capacity to handle multiple task orders, and small‑business participation.
