Description

NASA Ames Research Center (ARC) is seeking partners interested in developing competitive proposals in response to NASA Announcements of Opportunity (AOs), Broad Agency Announcements (BAAs), Missions of Opportunity (MoOs), and proposal calls from other government agencies. The center is interested in identifying potential partners that can perform science investigations, conduct research activities, and develop and demonstrate new technologies that are aligned with NASA's goals. Some specific areas of interest include planetary exploration, space biology, astrophysics, and the development of instruments and payloads for space missions. • The notice is seeking responses from potential partners that can provide a range of capabilities, including spacecraft systems, payload and instrumentation development, and launch services. • Responders are encouraged to submit brief summaries of their capabilities and experience in areas relevant to the notice. • The notice is not a solicitation, but rather a request for information to help NASA identify potential partners for future opportunities. • Responses will be maintained for three years after receipt and may be used to support future proposal development.

Budget estimate

$100,000 – $10,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the notice does not specify a particular project or contract value. However, based on the scope of the notice and the fact that it is related to NASA's space mission opportunities, the budget could potentially be in the range of $100,000 to $10 million or more, depending on the specific project and the partner's role in it. The budget will likely depend on factors such as the complexity of the project, the level of expertise required, and the duration of the contract.
