Description
The US Coast Guard is soliciting quotations for the procurement of 20 Panel Relays, also known as IDS-820, from the manufacturer Vision Electric Northwest, Inc. The relays must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, and delivered to the USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, MD by May 20, 2026. The procurement will be awarded on an all-or-none basis to the responsible offeror whose quote is the most advantageous to the government, with award being made on a firm fixed price contract.
• The relays must be packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129.
• The packaging must include a properly marked and labeled exterior container.
• The relays must be delivered to the USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, MD.
• The procurement will be awarded on an all-or-none basis.
• The award will be made on a firm fixed price contract.
• The contractor must provide a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 with their quote.
