SIKLU ETHERHAUL EQUIPMENT (RE-BID)

The City of Bakersfield is seeking bids for the purchase of new SIKLU ETHERHAUL EQUIPMENT. The equipment must be purchased from an authorized reseller or partner, and substitutions will not be considered. The bid must include the brand name and number as described in the bid detail. The City reserves the right to purchase from other contracts or bids if the pricing and terms better serve the interests of the City. • The bid is an online electronic bid only, and paper copies will not be accepted. • The City requires the supplier to maintain commercial general liability and property damage insurance, including contractual liability. • The supplier must indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City, its officers, agents, and employees against any liability, claims, or demands arising from the performance of the contract. • The City has the right to terminate the contract for cause, including late deliveries, defective products, or non-conforming products. • The supplier must provide a letter from the OEM confirming that they are an authorized reseller.
