Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the repair and maintenance of partitions at the Free Library of Philadelphia. The successful bidder will be responsible for repairing and maintaining the folding partitions of the Skyline and Conference Rooms 405 and 407 at the Parkway Central location. The work includes removing pass door panels, repairing or replacing broken floor seal mechanisms, reattaching or replacing loose or missing sound sweeps, and inspecting and calibrating manual crank-drop seals and expandable-panel closer systems. The bidder must provide a quote that includes all the required work and must be able to complete the work during normal business hours.
